This is incredibly true- you hit it. I firmly believe in the integration feature TUMBLR. I think it has revolutionized so many different businesses. It makes reaching out to social media contacts 100% flawless- you are able to connect your RSS feed, your Facebook and Twitter to the platform- creating presence on all sites at once through one post. Its made populating the DealForce app really easy- I feel like I am showing my entire network a new way to find localized specials in the NYC area- and national campaigns when I notice amazing discounts across the country. I think that Facebook is not going anywhere soon, however the high school students are using Tumblr- which means the people getting cars when gas costs more than lunch...are the ones to market to. :)

Jonathan- totally agreed. When you have a conversation with someone nowadays, the first thing you need to note is if they are on their mobile device at all. As some times I get caught talking to myself as the person I am trying to conversate with is on the phone.

Social interactions are meant to get stronger with social media. social media is not meant to replace offline interactions but to supplement them.
